Oakland-East Bay Gay Men's Chorus
is in the process of expanding the Board of Directors. Help
forge the future of Oakland-East bay Gay Men's Chorus. Please
read over the general responsibilities below.
Individual Board Member General
Responsibilities
Attend the 12 monthly board meetings and
supplemental meetings when required (3rd Thursday evening of
each month)
Commit to minimum of 2 years of service on the
board
Become involved in the mission and community
goals of the chorus
Participate on committees and subcommittees
Attend all chorus concerts
Give financial support (there is no specific
financial requirement)
Actively participate in the work of the board
Always work toward sourcing and securing
external funding sources
Be a steward and advocate for the chorus
